Weighed Big-Bag Filling Station
The filling of the Big-Bag is carried out using a TransiTec flexible spiral conveyor from a Type DZR discharge and dosing unit.
The entire frame is weighed. First, a pallet is placed on the platform. The empty Big-Bag is then hung on the four adjustable hooks using its loops. The filling spout is pulled over the inflatable collar. Once the collar is inflated, a blower starts to inflate the empty Big-Bag. The Big-Bag filling then begins. Shortly before reaching the desired weight, the system switches from coarse flow to fine flow for precise filling.
Mobile Big-Bag Filling Station
Simple design.
With a single-handed sack buckle for easy operation.
The empty Big-Bag is suspended on the four height-adjustable hooks using its loops.
With the sack buckle open, the Big-Bag filling spout is placed over the filling nozzle and then clamped in place.
Before lifting the full Big-Bag, a pallet should be placed underneath the Big-Bag for support.
A small platform is provided on three sides for easier access to the hooks and the sack buckle.

Designed as a double station.
Automatically adjustable suspension frame for tightening the Big-Bag using a linear actuator.
A walkable platform is included to simplify the hanging of the four Big-Bag loops.
