Discharge and Dosing Unit Type DZR

The TransiTec discharge and dosing unit for difficult-flowing and bridging bulk materials consists of a cylindrical container with a flat bottom.

Beneath the flat bottom is a dosing device, sized according to the required dosing capacity.

The bottom slot, under which the dosing tube is attached, is continuously filled by a flat-bottom scraper. This ensures a 100% fill level, which allows for extremely high dosing accuracy of +/- 1% of the target amount, even in gravimetric dosing applications.

• The two rotating scraper arms ensure a continuous 100% fill level of the dosing spiral.

For Discharge Units with Larger Container Volumes

To reduce resistance on the scraper arms, the number of scraper arms is increased and a larger scraper hub is used.

The conical cover ensures that no powder remains on the hub.
