The container on the platform is suspended on 3 load cells within the frame.

The operator programs the desired amount of PE powder.

When the empty mold is in position, the operator places the flexible discharge hose over the opened mold and presses the start button.

Once the preset weight has been dosed from the container using negative weighing, the desired amount of PE powder is in the mold, which is then closed for further processing.

Four different powders are dosed sequentially into a weighing hopper that is sealed at the bottom.

Once the dosing process is complete, the gate opens.

The four precisely dosed components are then blown into a remotely located mixer using a pressure feeder.
